Regular Hours: Tuesday through Friday 11AM – 6PM
Summer Hours: Thursday and Friday 11AM – 6PM with exceptions for PreSales and OnSales when applicable.
Weekend Hours: Open 3-4hrs prior to an event. If there is no event then we are closed. Please call ahead if you have questions pertaining to a specific showtime.
Box Office hours may vary per event. For more information, please contact the Box Office 269-345-6500. If there is an event Monday through Friday, the Box Office will remain open from 11AM until Intermission. If an event is scheduled to go on sale earlier than 11AM, we will open at the scheduled presale or onsale day and time.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets are also available in-person-only at the State Theatre Box Office.

Will-call tickets are available at the box office 2 hours prior to showtime and will be released with proper photo identification to the person whose name is on the account.

For any accessible seating needs, please contact our box office directly at 269-345-6500. Accessible seating is limited and will be reserved until one week prior to the show date. For general admission events, we request that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time doors open.
Please note that State Theatre does not have an elevator to the second floor.
If you require accessible seating, but have purchased tickets elsewhere in the venue, there is no guarantee of accessible seating on the night of the event. Please contact our ticket office before making your purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
There are no refunds or exchanges. However, if an event is postponed or canceled, tickets are transferable to the new date or refunds are available from where you originally purchased your tickets.
