Purchasing Tickets

Tickets are available through our website, through Ticketmaster online at ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets are also available in-person-only at the Kalamazoo State Theatre Box Office.

Please be advised that event times are subject to change due to a variety of conditions including inclement weather, illness and transportation delays that are out our control. For this reason, any delayed events performing on the original event date are nonrefundable.

Refunds/Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges. However, if an event is postponed or canceled, tickets are transferable to the new date or refunds are available from where you originally purchased your tickets.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up 1 and 1/2 hours prior to show time at the Box Office. Customers must have their Confirmation Number and Photo Identification.

Bag Policy

Due to heightened security measures, Kalamazoo State Theatre has implemented the following policy regarding purses/bags allowed in the venue:

No backpacks of any sort will be allowed in the venue.
No purses/bags over the dimensions of 8 inches by 5 inches by 2 inches will be allowed into the venue.
Any and all bags larger than the above dimensions will have to be returned to your vehicle. Please note that they will not be held by security or the venue.
If your purse does not meet the above requirements, you are allowed to bring a clear plastic bag, no larger than 1 gallon, into the venue with your belongings.
The only exceptions to the above will be permanently affixed bags on wheelchairs and/or scooters, which will be searched thoroughly.

Accessible Seating

The Kalamazoo State Theatre is a historical building with no elevator to the upstairs (mezzanine and balcony). Seating for barrier free patrons and companions is located on the main level in orchestra center in rows AA, M, and N.

Approaching the Building
A barrier free drop off area closest to the main entrance is located at the corner of E. Lovell St. & S. Burdick St. There are also various locations just south of the main entrance. A select number of accessible parking spaces are located north of Lovell along the Kalamazoo Mall, and in the Cedar St. parking lot.

Hard of Hearing
To accommodate, requests for sign language interpretation, please allow four weeks prior to an event. (Two weeks at the very minimum) These requests are also subject to artist approval and availability of interpreter.
