Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be refunded through Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased through the box office, can be refunded through the box office by exchanging tickets for a cash refund.

This is an all ages event, those who are under 16 require a parent or guardian to be present. There’s an 8 ticket per person limit.
