Legendary rock band AMERICA is set for a Friday January 27 concert at the historic Kalamazoo State Theatre.  America was formed in London, England in 1970 by 3 sons of US Air Force members stationed in England, Dewey Bunnell, Dan Peek and Gerry Beckley. Peek departed the band in 1977, and passed away in 2011.

America singles include “Horse With No Name”, “Ventura Highway”, “Sand Man”, “Sister Golden Hair”, “Don’t Cross The River”, “Lonely People”, “Tin Man”, “You Can Do Magic”, and “Daisy Jane”.
