One of the most popular rock bands of the mid-1990’s, Blues Traveler, will be returning to the Kalamazoo State Theatre! If you missed their KST performance in 1992, you can catch their return during our 90th season on April 25th. This Grammy-Award winning blues-rock band led by singer-harmonica player John Popper, is best known for the hit singles “Run-Around,” “Hook,” “But Anyway” and many more.
Blues Traveler continues to chart new musical directions, and it is evident on their latest record Blow Up The Moon. A clever joint effort between various artists, Blow Up The Moon is an eclectic mix of songwriters influenced by the band’s remarkable 25+ year career. Blow Up The Moon features a range of artists across the spectrum, representing country, pop, reggae and hip-hop. You can catch 3OH!3, JC Chasez, Thompson Square, Plain White T’s, Jewel, Dirty Heads and many more guest artists on this album.
This is an all ages event with general admission seating. Day of show price increases to $40. There’s 8 ticket per person limit.
