At 8 years old, John Primer borrowed his first guitar and started to strum. Before that, he played a homemade guitar made out of the wall of the house with a broom wire, 2 nails, and 2 rocks to make it tight. If that doesn’t tell you he’s the real deal, a Blues Award and Grammy Nomination should do the trick. The man will give you a good ol’ dose of classic, tight blues you can’t resist. His voice, classic blues guitar riffs, tinkling piano, and a dash of harmonica thrown in, you’ll feel like you’re hanging out on the greatest porch out there.
